Descriptions:

1. The insulator mainly used for fuse switches , or bus support insulations .

2. The product are with cast iron metal inserts on both end . ​

3. Both end of surface must be parallel very well , and the counterpart thread hole on both end must be in line. Otherwise the support insulator can't be used . In one word , there are very high requirement on insulator dimensional control .

4. On the other side , the insulator must provide very high mechanical strength . The insulator are with metal inserts on both end , so the porcelain must have higher class mechanical grade than the same product with metal caps .

1. Our insulators have externally attached caps and bases. A highly engineered cementing system transfers the load uniformly from the hardware into the porcelain body.

2. Each insulator body is made from the highest quality clay raw materials that have been processed to be fully vitrified porcelain. The body is glazed to add strength to improve surface appearance, and enhance clean-ability.

3. Either chocolate brown or Munsell gray glaze is available. caps and flanges are ferrous, hot dip galvanized. thread holes are proper tapped.
