Descriptions:

1. Our insulators have externally attached caps and bases. A highly engineered cementing system transfers the load uniformly from the hardware into the porcelain body.
2. Each insulator body is made from the highest quality clay raw materials that have been processed to be fully vitrified porcelain. The body is glazed to add strength to improve surface appearance, and enhance clean-ability.
3. Either chocolate brown or Munsell gray glaze is available. caps and flanges are ferrous, hot dip galvanized. thread holes are proper tapped.

The insulator can be used as insulation parts ,which provide mechanical support . it can also be used as electrical canbinet insulation parts.

Design features:

1. Porcelain part of this series post insulator is solid construction with cylinder sand on cementing part.The porcelain body was bond with metal part by cement.Brown glaze color on porcelain surface which also can be white or gray as per customer’s requirement.
2. The material for metal part adopt nodular cast iron with high mechanical strength conducting hot galvanizing and better resistant to rust.
